Say hello to Sarah Chan, our newest digital apprentice!
As a local digital agency, we’ve always been committed to encouraging and developing homegrown talent here at 21Digital. Part of the way we do this is through our Digital Apprenticeship Scheme, which we’ve run in partnership with Burnley College for just over six years. Under that scheme, we’re chuffed to announce that we’ve recently taken on Sarah Chan, our newest digital apprentice (and resident fashionista)!
Joining us from Burnley College, where she’s doing her level 3 apprenticeship, Sarah has jumped in with both feet, getting to grips with every aspect of our in-house offering – encompassing web design, web development, technical SEO and social media management, just to name a few.
“Since joining 21Digital, everyone’s made me feel really welcome, when it came to walking through the door and showing me how things are done,” said Sarah. “I’ve never worked in a full time job before, so coming here has really made me feel like I’ve made the right decision.”
As a keen content creator on Instagram and TikTok in her spare time, Sarah has already shown an impressive aptitude for social media, and she’s responsible for a lot of the content you’ve probably seen on our social media feeds in recent weeks.
“Right now I think one of my favourite aspects of my job role is the social posts. Coming up with new content and creative ideas for 21Digital is quite surreal, especially when I see the finished post live on our social media!”
Several of our previous apprentices at have graduated to full time roles here at 21Digital, including Declan Porter, who now specialises as our in-house PPC executive.
