21Digital wins Cutting Edge brief
21Digital has won the contract to create a new lead generating and eCommerce website for Chorley-based Cutting Edge, a market-leading supplier of food processing machinery, equipment and products.
Established in 1992, Cutting Edge employs over 80 people, providing machinery and engineering support, equipment and PPE to food processing companies across the UK and Ireland. Its unique knife sharpening service sharpens around one and a half million knives per year.
Using our own in-house team of expert designers and developers here at 21Digital, our core aim for the new website is to significantly increase the business’s online sales, which currently account for a relatively small portion of its total £15m turnover. The front end of the Magento 2 website will aim to improve the corporate appeal of the site and will feature greater use of video to showcase the depth of expertise within the business.

The new website will aim to bear that out, with a slick corporate experience, while also providing an easy-to-navigate online shop for its eCommerce customers.
