We’re BIBAs Finalists – twice over!
We’re excited to announce that 21Digital has been named a finalist in not one, but two categories at the 2025 BIBAs (Be Inspired Business Awards) – a standout event in Lancashire’s business calendar, celebrating the best companies and individuals across the region. This year is extra special for us, as we’re marking our 21st year in business, so to be shortlisted for two awards at this milestone moment is a real honour and achievement for our fantastic team.
Here’s what we’ve been nominated for this year…
Creative, Digital & Marketing Business of the Year
This nomination reflects exactly what we’re all about – creating outstanding, results-driven digital campaigns that help businesses grow. For 21 years, we’ve focused on delivering impactful work across branding, web design, SEO, PPC, social media, and content. Everything we do is built on expertise, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping our clients succeed.
Our team combines creative ideas with data-led decisions to drive real results, from engagement and conversions to ROI. We’ve expanded our in-house capabilities to meet the growing demand for video, visuals, and performance-led content, all shaped by our Acquisition, Conversion, and Storytelling framework. Apprentice Team of the Year
This award is all about recognising businesses that are committed to developing new talent – and that’s something we’ve always believed in. At the heart of this commitment is our Search Academy, which drives our apprenticeship scheme. It’s designed to give young digital professionals the skills and experience they need to thrive in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing. We’re proud to invest in homegrown talent, and many of our apprentices have gone on to become key members of our team. Our apprentices don’t just learn – they contribute to live campaigns from day one, helping to drive results while gaining real, practical experience.

About the BIBAs
Organised by the North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, the BIBAs are widely regarded as the gold standard for business awards in Lancashire. With a rigorous judging process and a glittering final at Blackpool Tower Ballroom, the BIBAs are about more than recognition. They celebrate resilience, creativity, and long-term success. Being named a finalist is no small feat, and we’re thrilled to be in such strong company across both of our categories.
Looking ahead
We’ll be heading into the next stage of the judging process soon, and then it’s all eyes on the big night in September. Whether we come home with a trophy or not, reaching the finals in our 21st year is a huge moment for us. It’s a reflection of the incredible work our team does, the trust our clients put in us, and the commitment we’ve made to growing both our agency and the talent within it.
