21Digital unveils new website for Recycling Lives Charity
We’re proud to announce the launch of our latest project: a brand new website for Recycling Lives Charity to help further raise its profile.
Founded in 2008, Recycling Lives Charity comprises both a charity and social enterprise. Its rehabilitation programmes are reducing homelessness and reoffending by supporting men and women into stable housing and employment. Its food programme is tackling food waste and food poverty by redistributing surplus goods to communities, in partnership with FareShare.
The charity provides residential accommodation for the homeless and is sustained financially by the social enterprise, delivering the other programmes.
Recycling Lives Ltd, a separate, national recycling, compliance and waste management business, continues to share its name and values with the Charity, supporting its activities.
Here at 21Digital we’ve enjoyed a long and productive partnership with Recycling Lives, and over the years we’ve used our expertise in Search Engine Optimisation and Google Ads services to deliver outstanding results for several of its social enterprises, including Scrap Car Network and Skip Hire Network. The new Recycling Lives Charity website marks the latest milestone in this firmly established partnership.
Our managing director Sam Fletcher said: “Recycling Lives has built up a fantastic reputation for both business offerings and charity ventures, but felt that covering the two on just one website provided a confusing customer journey for the two different audiences.
The new website we have delivered focusses purely on the Charity. Although links remain between the two websites, dividing them into two simplifies direct routes of navigation to better satisfy the different audience requirements for each.
“It basically means customers who are interested in Recycling Lives Ltd’s waste management solutions – from scrap metal, scrap cars, general waste and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), to plastics, paper and cardboard – can get directly to what they need from the commercial site, while charity stakeholders can get the information they are most interested in from the one we have delivered.”
