21Digital to power up Electrical Discount UK with new website
21Digital has won the contract to deliver a new Magento 2 website for online home electronics retailer Electrical Discount UK.
First established in 1999, the company has 20 years of experience in supplying an expansive range of electrical products to customers across Britain, encompassing everything from household white goods to consumer electronics.
The new site will be built on the latest powerful Magento 2 eCommerce software, and will use an entirely new custom theme, designed by our experts to improve the customer journey whilst providing Electrical Discount UK’s buyers with more detailed product information throughout.
“One of our major priorities for the project is to make inventory management more efficient for the team at Electrical Discount UK,” says Michael Cain, our Technical Director. “We’ll be doing this by utilising the Magento 2 API for connection with the clients EPOS system, making it easier and more intuitive for the team to keep their extensive range up to date and reducing admin associated with order management.”
