Stone Edge finalists for prestigious award
One of our clients, stone masonry firm Stone Edge, has made it to the finals of the prestigious BIBA Awards!
Being shortlisted for the Small Business of The Year Award is a fantastic achievement for the firm since they have been chosen from over a thousand entrants.
Richard Denneny, Managing Director of Stone Edge, said: “We have often received smaller awards for areas such as health and safety. But this is the first time we’ve ever received recognition for the company as whole.”
The firm has been selected because it has grown at such a fast rate in the past few years, which Richard credits in part to its marketing strategy.
Richard says that some of the credit must go to 21 Digital for helping them to grow their business and promote their services online.
“21 Digital has been fantastic in assisting us with marketing and it has made a huge difference.
“They really taught us the value of keeping our site fresh and keeping people informed of our services. With them helping us every step of the way, we now make sure our website is constantly updated and regularly send out e-mail newsletters.”
The BIBAs is Lancashire’s major business competition, which rewards outstanding business achievement and recognises excellence, best practice and innovation all over the business community.
Norman Tenray, Managing Director of OBAS UK, sponsors of this year’s awards, said: “The BIBAs recognise successful businesses, whose innovation and search for excellence has defied the economic challenges we have all faced over the last couple of years.”
We’d like to wish Stone Edge the very best of luck at the award ceremony, which will take place in September.
