Jumping on the saddle with HAPPA
Not one day is the same here at 21 Digital. We work with such a wide variety of clients and provide such diverse solutions – and that really makes us passionate about what we do. Putting together proposals and bidding for new projects is just one of the day-to-day activities we love to get involved in. One of our most recent successes was our project win to re-design Lancashire-based animal charity, Horses and Ponies Protection Association’s (HAPPA) website.
Having decided to embark on a major onsite capital development, improving existing equine facilities and developing new commercial operations, HAPPA knew they needed the expertise of a digital agency on board. The charity planned to improve facilities at the Shores Hey Farm base to increase trade. Their planned improvements included a new equine isolation unit and crew barn, service road, new car park and stable block, a children’s outside play area and alterations to the Visitor’s Centre – plus additions including a café, farm shop, gift shop, meeting rooms and more. Choosing the right digital agency would ensure the right marketing and promotion of the changes, increasing interest in and awareness of HAPPA.
About our pitch, Kay Brandist, Chief Executive at HAPPA says:
“We chose 21 Digital to re-design the HAPPA website because right from the start they clearly offered much more than their rivals.”
“Their sound understanding of marketing was guaranteed to address the branding challenges faced by our charity. Their creative approach and vast experience also played a huge part in making 21 Digital our first choice to help our organisation move forward.”
“We look forward to working with the 21 Digital team as we enter a new era, safe in the knowledge that our online presence is their top priority.”
As always, the 21 Digital team worked hard to put together an innovative, creative pitch and luckily for us our hard work paid off. Despite our ideas being slightly more adventurous than the norm, we were able to provide HAPPA with the exciting, new solution they’d been looking for. All that’s left now is to get started on the finer elements of the project and to deliver a result that both HAPPA and the team at 21 Digital are proud of.
About the upcoming project, 21 Digital’s Marketing Director, Sam Fletcher says:
“At the initial client briefing it was clear the HAPPA team were tussling with the communication and branding challenges they faced, due to the new and different directions the charity was moving in.
“We proposed something quite radical and HAPPA were enthused by our ideas – choosing 21 Digital to work on the project. I’m really looking forward to seeing the different projects develop and come to life!”
